If a surveillance is requested by an individual who has a protective order against them or one of their associates requests it on behalf of them, it is illegal and the individual or their associates will be in violation of the order and will face legal repercussions. We urge you to avoid any agency who promotes the free use of GPS tracking and who does not background their clients to confirm there are no protective orders in place. Such agencies are putting their clients at risk of legal troubles.
